Mr. Campbell is a senior project manager with a master's degree in civil engineering and over ten years of experience managing projects for up to $40M+. He has been involved with many aspects of engineering, construction, and project management. He has effectively managed numerous projects (including design-build and progressive design-build) ranging from residential and commercial to large industrial facilities, including low and high-rise structures, reservoirs, solar energy, transportation facilities, and infrastructure, including airports, heavy rail, culverts, drainage facilities, roadways, highways, light rail, bridges and interchanges, waterfront facilities, pipelines, tunnels, and water and oil storage tanks and distribution systems.
Mr. Campbell is a senior superintendent with a bachelor's degree in business management and over 30 years of experience managing and overseeing the restoration of large apartment complexes (300+ units). Mr. Campbell has overseen millions of dollars in apartment restorations, many occupied and housed low-income occupants.
Mr. Campbell is very familiar and knowledgeable with local and state building codes, understands labor demands per project specifications, and develops and executes project punch lists for project close-out.
Mr. Campbell has a comprehensive knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices spanning safety regulations, OSHA compliance, and local government policies. Mr. Campbell continually demonstrates a proactive management approach with contractors and crews on construction sites, resulting in exceptional efficiency and quality product delivery.
